Conroe ISD has a storied history of excellence in Texas University Interscholastic League (UIL) competition across academics, athletics, and fine arts disciplines. This success includes nine UIL Lone Star Cups, which is awarded to the high school in each division scoring the most cumulative points among all UIL competitions.
