The Conroe ISD Purchasing Department’s mission is to support the District’s “Commitment to Excellence” by managing the procurement process to continuously serve the needs of our students, educators, and administrators.

Our goal is to secure the right products and services at the best value, serve our employees and vendors as an approachable resource, and observe all applicable laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the Conroe ISD School Board, the State of Texas, the Texas Education Agency, and the United States Government.

Vendors who are interested in responding to requests for proposals are asked to register as a vendor through the CISD web-based eBid system will electronically notify registered vendors of applicable bid opportunities. It also allows registered vendors to electronically view and submit bids. Vendors pay no fees for registering or utilizing this eBid system.

Registration does not constitute approval status as a vendor; this only allows vendors to bid/quote on current bid opportunities and be considered for award. A vendor must be awarded on a CISD bid or quote or a cooperative contract for which CISD is a member in order to be considered an awarded vendor.

The Conroe ISD Central Warehouse’s mission to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all district materials.

The CISD warehouse is responsible for verifying, receiving and delivering items ordered on district purchase orders shipped to the central warehouse.

We carry various inventory items such as copy paper, disinfecting supplies, custodial supplies, etc., which may be ordered via the Finance Plus system.
