Tiffany Baumann Nelson was elected to the Board in November 2022. She is the founder and president of Tiffany and Friends for Cancer Research and also is the Executive Director of a local nonprofit.
Nelson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Cleveland State University, as well as a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University. She is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach and Speaker, community health advocate, a licensed realtor with eXp Realty and an international recording artist.
Upon moving to Texas, she served on the Board of The Brain Injury Association of Illinois, was a member of the Visiting Committee for the College of Performing Arts at Cleveland State University and has served on the Board of TOMAGWA Healthcare Ministries.
Nelson and her husband, Jason, a pastor and former educator, share six children, five of whom attend CISD schools. She is honored to be a part of this wonderful community.
