CONROE, TEXAS (January 31, 2025) – At their meeting held Thursday, January 23, the Conroe ISD Board of Trustees approved an updated list of priorities for the 89th Legislative Session. The revised priorities are grouped into five categories including Basic Allotment, Special Education Allotment, Safety and Security, Transportation Allotment, and Accountability and Assessment Reform.
“The updated priorities reflect our continued commitment to advocating for the needs of our students and educators,” stated Conroe ISD Board President Misty Odenweller. “We are confident that these priorities will support the growth and safety of our district while addressing the critical issues facing schools across Texas.”
